Absolutely. Every jar of Sweet Harvest Collective is raw, unpasteurized, and unfiltered. We harvest honey strictly using traditional, ethical techniques that keep all active enzymes, beneficial bee pollen, and antioxidants fully intact.
Why does the honey crystalize (freeze) over time? +
Crystallization is the ultimate proof of genuine, raw, unprocessed honey. It is a completely natural reaction occurring to the glucose content inside raw honey. Adulterated or pasteurized store honey does not crystallize easily. You can liquefy it simply by placing the jar in a warm water bath.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times? +
Delivery takes between 24 to 48 hours depending on your city. We offer free shipping on all orders of $50/50 JOD or above. For smaller orders, shipping is flat-rate based on your governorate.
